What is GoodieBox?

GoodieBOX is New Zealand’s answer to a premium beauty and lifestyle sampling service. Our mission is to provide the everyday New Zealander with a beautifully curated box of goodies that helps their natural beauty shine.

Delivered directly to your door once a month, each GoodieBOX contains 5 or more deluxe travel or full sized products to trial from wherever you choose. Whether it be at home or in the office, we provide you an opportunity to get experimental with a range of locally and internationally sourced brands at your doorstep.

We relish the excitement and happiness you receive when you open our box every month. With specialist advice at your fingertips you have the chance to become your own beauty expert at the drop of our box!

How does a Subscription work?

As a GoodieBox member you will receive a box containing 4 or more full size beauty products. Samples range from travel size to full size. Please note products in your box can vary from time to time subject to availability. You can learn more about these products in detail from our website.

We have multiple subscription options available:

Pay Monthly (from $29 + postage)

Pay Quarterly (from $95)

Pay Annually (from $360)

Subscriptions:
By purchasing a GoodieBox subscription, you acknowledge that your subscription is pre-paid.

Your subscription will be automatically extended for another term. Your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive period at the then-current subscription rate.

Please note that all subscriptions are non refundable, non exchangable nor transferrable as your payments are processed immediately.

How much does it cost?

Subscriptions start from just $29 per month plus a flat rate of $4.50 courier fee.

How do I join?

Once you've created an account you can choose a subscription to complete your payment - just choose the payment plan that suits you the best. Please note subscription numbers can be limited each month.

What comes in each box?

Each box is a surprise, and that’s what makes the GoodieBox experience so exciting and fun. We feature a selection of amazing beauty and makeup brands around the world and locally. Each month you’ll receive 4-5 full sized beauty items, delivered straight to your door.  Plus, expect a couple of other surprises too!

When will my first GoodieBox Arrive?

GoodieBoxes go out in the middle of every month and billings close off in the last day of the month prior. So if you sign up in July - you'll get August's box. Please allow 5-7 working days for the arrival of your package from the date your tracking is sent. If you do not receive a tracking email, please email us immediately on customercare@goodiebox.co.nz. 

All deliveries will arrive between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please note: GoodieBox does not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforseen circumstances or delays as a result of late third party deliveries or as a consequence of incorrect details provided.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed for your first month immediately. For subsequent boxes you will be billed on the same day of each month as your initial subscription.

How is my GoodieBox delivered?

A courier service is used to deliver your GoodieBox and a signature is required. To ensure that you will receive your GoodieBox without delay please provide us with a daytime or work address.

Can I track my GoodieBox?

When your box is picked up by the courier, you will receive a tracking email from Courier Post. To track your parcel, make sure to click on your tracking link in the email. It's imperative that you check your address and if there are any changes please get in touch with Courier Post to have it redirected ASAP. Direct contact with Courier Post will avoid further delays.

What do I do if my GoodieBox is returned to sender?

It is very important to us that your GoodieBoxes get to you as soon as possible.

We are having a large amount of GoodieBoxes returned to us and if your GoodieBox is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, we will need to re-charge you the actual shipping cost to resend your parcel out. 

It is important to note that we close off our monthly shipment details on the 1st of each month we are sending a Goodiebox. If you need to update your delivery address please ensure this is completed before this date. You can update this via the 'My Account' page.

Please be sure to double check your address.

How do I update my delivery details?

Your account details, including your shipping address, can be changed at any time by logging into your GoodieBox account. Once you’ve logged in, click on the ‘Update your subscription’ button which is located just below your account details and follow the directions to get into the billing portal. Once you’ve entered your personal GoodieBox billing portal, simply click ‘Edit contact information’ and add in your new shipping address.

Please note: If your address change is made after we have gathered addresses for the first box send (usually around the 2nd week of each month), this change will come into effect from the subsequent box. 

How do I update my payment information?

Your payment information can be changed at any time by logging into your GoodieBox account. Once you’ve logged in, click on the ‘Update your subscription’ button which is located just below your account details and follow the directions to get into the billing portal. Once you’ve entered your personal GoodieBox billing portal, simply click ‘Update Payment Method’ and add in your new payment details. 

How do I switch from a monthly to a yearly subscription?

To update to a yearly subscription (annual plan), simply log into your GoodieBox account. Once you’ve logged in, click on the ‘Update your subscription’ button which is located just below your account details and follow the directions to get into the billing portal. Once you’ve entered your personal billing portal, click ‘Change Plan’ and choose the ‘Pay Annual’ plan option. Yay!

How do I switch from a monthly to a quarterly subscription?

To update to a quarterly subscription (3 month recurring plan), simply log into your GoodieBox account. Once you’ve logged in, click on the ‘Update your subscription’ button which is located just below your account details and follow the directions to get into the billing portal. Once you’ve entered your personal billing portal, click ‘Change Plan’ and choose the ‘Pay Quarterly’ plan option. Yay!

How does the Rewards System work?

As a GoodieBox subscriber you can earn instant rewards that you can use to redeem products in our online store.

  • 25 Points = Review your products
  • 1 Point for every $1 you spend in our online store (Excluding Specialty Boxes)

You can visit the GoodiePoints link on the site at any time to view the status of your points. Once you have earned enough points you can use them to purchase products directly from our store.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription you can do so by going to the My Account link. Please note: Once you've cancelled you'll need to wait until new subscriptions become available before you can purchase one again. 

If you wish to cancel your subscription before your payment date, your subscription will be cancelled on the date of your payment. No further payments will be made from your account.

If you choose to cancel your subscription after your payment date for that month, your subscription will be cancelled on the payment date of the next month. Your last GoodieBox will be sent in the second week of the month your account is cancelled. GoodieBox payments after before cancellation are no refundable, non returnable nor non transferable.

Can I make a return?

If you make a full size purchase and the product reaches you in a damaged condition, providing we agree it is damaged we will happily replace the product. Goods are returned to Goodiebox Ltd at your expense, however if products are faulty we will refund or credit the cost of the return postage.

Does GoodieBox ship internationally?

We currently only ship within New Zealand, however we are definitely hoping to be able to ship internationally in the near future. Be sure to follow us across our social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat @GoodieBoxNZ to keep an eye out for any big announcements regarding this.  

Where can I purchase the beauty goodies from this months box?

We hoped you liked the beauty goodies in your box. Some items you will be able to purchase on our online store. If a product is not available for sale on our online store, please contact us at customercare@goodiebox.co.nz and we can direct you in the right direction on where you can purchase your desired beauty item.
